Warranty area

If it is established that the finished work does not match the , and if it is caused by the error of the laboratory or dentist, the practice is obliged to fix or repeat the work if needed on its own expense.

Warranty is invalid if:

• patient has no or has poor oral hygiene
• patient has not followed dentist's instructions
• does not take care, clean or irregularly uses his or hers prosthesis
• does not visit dentist regularly - twice a year
• has done another dental therapy with another dentist without consultation
